first, I will say that adelphia has not been problematic as far as customer service or what they offer for as long as I have had them (which, admittedly, has not been very long). however, I think their prices are ridiculous. I know they are comparable with Comcast, but I also think Comcast is way too expensive. I also dislike that they do not support Macs (internet). I just want to tell them to get with the times, Macs are very popular machines now and they need to upgrade their service to include Mac support.
