Sam's #3 in downtown Denver has a nice casual diner feel, and offers a mind-blowing variety of food, ranging from American, to Mexican, to Mediterranean. They also serve a nice selection of beers, including Paulaner Hefeweizen which sold me immediately. The chili is actually good for not being made in Texas, and the Greek dishes are fairly authentic. They also serve a wide assortment of breakfast items, which means that just about anybody can be happy eating here.
