Although we didn't ever have a problem with the care they provided for us, we did have issues with being billed for a service we did not request for one of our kids. The technician who provided the unwanted and unnecessary service insisted that we had given our consent, although neither parent was present at this appointment. When we disputed it and refused to pay, the dentist sent us a letter telling us we were "fired" as a patient.
