Dr. Collin's office is located just a few blocks north of the square in the historic downtown area. He does have a designated parking lot at the side of the building, as well as on-street parking with a two hour time limit. The office offers eye exams, glasses, and contacts. If you have vision insurance, you will want to check and make sure they accept it. I think they also allow people to make payments over time on their bill. I went there as a child and my parents still go there. They have a loyal following.
