Good: Easy to find on Google. BUT they changed addresses and did not tell me when I made the appointment.. Bad: I drove for an hour and was on time. I waited for over an hour and they still had not started my car. I asked about when my car would be started. She told me they had 2 workers in the field, and 2 cars in front of me. Mine would not be started for a couple of hours then it would take 2 hours. WOW - i made the appt expecting a 2 hour wait. No one had the courtesy to tell me. The owner was rude - to the young mother with kids as well as me. No courtesies. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! Myrna from Monahans. Improvements: If they even tried to be courteous it would help. I am in my 70's, drove an hour for the work, and they didn't have the courtesy to tell m of the delay or even offer to reschedule. There was a young mother with children there also in the same boat. They never told her the waiting time would be doubled or more..... Other: I would have complained to the manager but it was the OWNER who was so insensitive and rude.. more
