We first opened an account with this credit union because we took out a car loan. Since then (and this was 8 years ago), we have paid off that car and applied for another car loan. Their customer service people are tremendous. Due to it being such a small credit union (just one branch!), you get the personalized attention that most people desire. When you need to go in to speak to a loan officer, they are very kind and will work with you to get the loan at the rate you are looking for. I would definitely refer anyone there!
