Before I start let me say that the only reason I go to Comptuter renaissance is because they are literally 5 minutes from my house. They are expensive, charge high consulting fees, and always seem to press you to buy more. BUT they always fix you problem and seem to know more than the people at compusa and other big stores. They also have lots of used stuff that comes in handy when you dont want to dish out lots of $$$.
