I used to go to Pioneer all the time for my haircuts, but stopped going there for a variety of reasons. The haircuts I got were consistently pretty good, but the wait was always absolutely ridiculous. It would literally take me an hour and a half to get a haircut, which is absurd. The owner is very nice, but I'm afraid this place's popularity works against itself. It is just impractical for anyone on any sort of schedule to go there, especially on weekends.
