Cuc Tran is an exceptional place because it offers culinary diversity amidst a wide range of fairly bland restaurants. This eatery is also great because it retains a small-town feel, even when offering something more often found in a big city. The owner of the restaurant is also the cook and her son is the waiter. There is an amazing story behind the move from Vietnam to the United States, as well. So, the food is good, the people are great and I'll keep going back!
