the Hair By Design salon is a salon that will keep you wanting to come to. Its a very pleasant salon in every way. They do perms, Color, Cuts, highlights, Manicures, Facials, Pedicures and waxing. They are very professional and its very clean. I would recommend this salon. Its very nice and i would go back there again.
