I highly recommend Schmelz VW for their knowledgeable and courteous staff. I have taken my car there a couple of times, and both times I had very positive experiences. My car was fixed quickly, and correctly. Overall, I felt very comfortable with everyone with whom I interacted—from the receptionist who made the appointment for my car, to the mechanic who called to tell me it was ready, everyone was very friendly and personable.
