Le Chat Noir is a small theater in downtown New Orleans that offers performances of local plays as well as other shows such as cabaret, improv, and stand up comedy. There is a also a bar when you walk in that has a mix of the theater clientele and other people who just wander in from the street. For those looking to find a cold beer, however, the beer selection is somewhat dismal, although the wine and liquor selections are generally better.
