Nadia is great - she is open and is always ready to discuss the latest skin care products - what would work well for your skin and what is a waste of money. She has freebie samples of skin care products all over the place and usually sends me out with a little goodie bag of samples. She is great if you have a special event coming up (and understands an event where you might see an ex-boyfriend or girlfriend requires clear skin!). She can get the tiniest blackheads and whiteheads out without causing scarring and only leaves tiny incisions when she does it. I also appreciate that she will not attempt to do remove pimples that might leave a scar and recommends a different treatment for that. The entire staff is super friendly. It takes a long time to get an appointment - book early for a special event. Also, she has great magazines in the lobby to read!
