Expressing my appreciation... 11/17/2010

I would like to express my appreciation for the excellent customer service that Layne and David provided to me when my computer had a problem recently. They both tried to troubleshoot the problem on the phone with me without any luck. However, Layne was at my door the next morning and fixed my computer and also my daughter's laptop. Layne also installed some utilities and spyware to prevent the problem from happening again. Layne and David are experts in computers and I would not let anyone else touch my computer.
