I'm not the kind of person who goes to the doctor a lot. In fact, I would rather do almost anything than go. Well, the sad truth is I'm turning 40 this year, and I decided that I owe it to my daughters to get a check up. Well, to make a long story short, I met with Dr. Mitchell and he was first class. I appreciate the fact that he didn't talk down to me, and gave me good advise that will help me stay healthy for years to come.
