I had my thyroid and parathyroid glands removed at Ruby Memorial Hospital two years ago. My family and I were very nervous about the surgery, but the doctors and nurses were encouraging and supportive. The surgery took a little longer than estimated, but I was kept comfortable the entire time. The waiting room was crowded, according to my husband, but everyone was nice and accommodating. I can't say enough about the surgery team. They did an excellent job and my recovery was easy thanks to the fine staff.
