I had an appointment for 11:45 AM , I got there at 11:40 . When I came in with my dog Dr. Van Poucke greeted me personally and said is this Gracie your dog? He took me right on time gave Gracie a thorough check up. Took the time to go over treatment thoroughly.He went into great detail on how best to treat her problems.Point is I didn't have to go through three layers to get to him , he took care of the whole thing personally.
