I made an appointment to get my hair cut at Grand Strands recently after a friend reccommended them. I showed up for my appointment but the stylist had not come back from her lunch break. I waited 30 minutes before another stylist asked if I wanted her to cut it instead. I told the stylist several times how much to cut off and where I wanted the layers. I guess she was too busy chatting with her coworker to even pay attention. She cut off way too much hair and didn't do anything like I had asked. I will never step foot in the salon again.
