This insurance company, which works with Quincy Mutual Insurance Company is a little difficult to work with. Their billing cycles are off, and they often send you a bill for something you already paid, or send you a check because you paid too much because they billed you too much, (3x in one year). They are also not the cheapest service around, and can be difficult to get a hold off when needed.
