This is the best bank on the South Shore of Massachusetts for mortgages. They are very accomodating - through two mortgages and a refinance we never once had to go to their bank. They send people to your house to fill out all paperwork. All of their employees are on email, so it is easy to communicate back and forth. Very quick service, with great rates. They really can't be beat.
