When we purchased our cell phones and service agreement, we did so through the Wyoming Valley Mall location of Cingular cellular service. The girl who sold us the phones was wonderful, however afterwards, I have noticed that the staff isn't all that helpful when you have an issue regarding your bill or wonky phone. Service after the sale, in my opinion, seems to be lacking.
