I have tried the Hair Zoo on several occassions and was not pleased with the service or skill. The staff does not seemed to be on par with each other--one stylist will have a lot of skill for cutting hair, while being rude, yet another lacks skill but is as sweet as can be. The prices are average, but the attitude is overall bad. On the positive side, they do have ample parking and are centrally located. Still, there are several places in the area to have hair/spa treatments, I'd recommend another.
