The east side has a lot of decent Mexican restaurants, and this is another one. They used to be called Cafe del Sol, but changed ownership. The food is the same, though. Pretty good stuff and not too expensive. The staff speaks halting English, so anyone can feel welcome, even if you don't speak Spanish. They are small so sometimes the food takes a little while. One secret pleasure is the hand painted bathroom. Little Venuses on shells and each one is different. Oh yeah, they do take-out too...
