I took my 2 year old this summer and wasn't sure if it would be appropriate. She loved it! We have breakfast with the characters then moved on to the dry activies and some shows before lunch. We did the water park activities after the parade. It was great. Although it was crowded my daughter didn't mind. We alternated rides that we had to wait for then would go into sprinklers type activities.
My only complaints were that we had to wait in line for 30 minutes to order lunch. Bring you own. On friend of our brought a cooler on wheels. There is no place to leave it. Camp out 30 minutes early to see th parade and eat your lunch on your towel
We didn't leave until 7:30 after the last parade.
We ended up buying season passes. It is worth it if you plan on going more than once.
Have fun.
