My ex and I contacted Tom to do some work for us in 2008. In Jan of 2009 I gave him a check for $1000 for a start but due to the divorce and me being on disability I can not have the work done. I called Tom (who in the beginning I thought to be an honest and trustworthy person) and told him that I wanted my money back because I could not have the work done. He refuses to return my calls and my money. I have been trying to get this for over a year now. I am not pleased and feel like I was taken advantage of.
