Even though I had to recently purchase my new Pontiac from a different dealership, I always brought my last Grand Am to Paretti for service. This place is honest and up front. They always gave you the feeling that your repair had a sense of urgency behind it. There work was always done correctly. The hours were real convenient. They would always try to get minor problems fixed within an hour of a wait. The waiting area is very comfortable too.
