Now you don't have to go all the way out to Dewitt's Wegmans to find great sushi. There's a new sushi bar up on Marshall St called Bleu Monkey cafe. The food is great. The chefs take pride in their work and presentation is very important to them, so it seems like you are always eating a beautiful work of art. The sushi is very fresh and made while you wait ( a few minutes max).
