You can't beat this. Great ice cream and a great view in downtown Annapolis. It is a little ice cream shop set up on the left of the dock. It is been around it seems forever and yet true Annapolis citizens never tire of their ice cream. There are great flavors with a great little hometown feel. There is a little bar at the front of the shop where you can sit inside, a few benches outside, and after that you have free rein of the dock. There is always something to see. The staff is friendly, it is very clean. Always a bit chilly inside, but that is to be expected. Storm Bros means great ice cream.
