This spa is unlike most I have ever been to. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. It is a little more pricey than other spas but it’s not the typically bang out the knots in your back type massages. Body Central emphasizes on healing and healthy well being. Definitely bring a significant other, and make sure you get the full package it’s worth the price and you’ll be begging for more. They offer gift certificates too, my sister was really happy after giving birth to my baby niece!
