The best thing I can say about Toula’s is that the quantity certainly can’t be beat by most area bridal boutiques. But overall, the store has gone way downhill. The selection has gotten glitzy and tacky, and the immense numbers of gowns are packed in every possible square foot of space. And it’s even worse during prom season. I was very disappointed the last time I visited.
