B & E Appliance is a small appliance store in my area. I went to their store to get a part for an older model refrigerator. The employee that helped me was friendly. They didn't have the part available in the store, but they were able to order it and have it in the store within two days. They asked if I needed to have it installed, and I told him my husband would know how to fix it.
