Our first appliance repair was with these guys, it'll be the last with them as well. They
came out to repair our oven and left it more broken than it was! Turns out it had
something to do with a timer, a simple knob that needed pushed in. While the repairman
was there, he busted the knob that is pulled out to turn the light in the oven on. When
this was brought to their attention, our claim was flat out denied. We were told the part
was not worth replacing, as the oven was old the whole front panel would need replaced
and that would cost US hundreds. It took some rounds with this company for them to fix
their mistake and with the service we had there, you can count us out as being their
customer again.
