This isn't a review of this particular store, it is more a review of Alltel as a cell phone provider. After many unsatisfactory years at Verizon we switched over to Alltel and were pleasantly surprised. Their rates are good, their plans now offer more variety and their customer service is above and beyond. One of the main reasons for leaving Verizon was due to customer service, or lack there of, and Alltel goes above and beyond. They not only PLEASANTLY answer any questions or concerns you might have, but they are incredibly helpful. We called once to get the number for a movie theater and the customer service representative gave us movie times for the movie we wanted to see and made us dinner reservations!
