There is not a lot open after 9-10 pm in Federal Way, but Billy McHale's has a bar side that has drink and food specials after 9 p.m. The food is pretty standard (except the nachos, which are fantastic) and the ambience leaves a little to be desired unless you are really nostalgic for your high school days during the 80's (I'm not) or you really like generic cigarettes (I don't), but if you want something to eat/drink at a late hour, this is the place to go.
