This grocery store has a great bulk food section. They have all kinds of basic groceries in addition to a fairly decent deli and cheese island, which includes sushi rolls and prepared sandwiches and dinners.
The only downside to shopping at WinCo is sometimes the clientele there can be indiscriminate with where they push their carts, and it tends to be the kind of store where families stock up on carts full of food. I would avoid it at the first of the month or really busy times on the weekends. However, even when it is really busy the cashiers are super fast and get you through quickly. You do have to bag your own groceries but they have a pretty efficient system with two belts so that you aren't rushed to bag before the next person comes along.
I don't shop at any other basic grocery store any more.
