We were happy with the salesperson, Ray, and the deal that we got. He didn't try to upsell us, and even gave us the KIA floor mats.
The financing guy didn't try anything tricky, just the usual attempts to sell us rust guard and extended warranty.
After the sale he showed me where the new KIA service center was being built, since it was moving, and stopped and got me a full tank of gas.
Our KIA is something I have been very happy with too. We have had it for 5 years and only needed routine maintenance. It does go through batteries pretty quickly, I'm already on my third one, but it's not worth fixing compared to the cost of a battery. All the parts for this car are cheap, which is another plus!
