The West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine is a graduate school that trains family doctors for Appalachia and rural West Virginia. Many of the doctors practicing in the area were trained at the School of Osteopathic medicine. The education and training provided by this school is excellent as are the professors who teach it. The school has ample parking and attractive grounds.
