My experience at Braman Honda was absolutely excellent. I found the general atmosphere at the dealership quite welcoming and professional, but I have to say the number one reason it was a great experience was simple...Paulo Rossi. He was extremely professional, did not waste a minute of my time, listened to exactly what I needed and produced it asap. He called when he said he would and delivered what he promised. After 30 years of buying cars, no one has earned my business the way he did and look forward to being able to send him any business that I can.
