Nishiki offers fresh, delicious sushi. It has all of the regular rolls, maki, and sashimi, and also offers several chef-inspired specials each day. The prices are reasonable, with lunch specials starting at $4.95 and and they do offer an "all you can eat" dinner sushi special for under $25 per person--it is not published, so you need to ask for it. In addition to sushi, they serve full Japanese menu of Udon, tempura and stir fry, and also have 2 Habachi seating/grills. Great for a large party but fun for couples or smaller groups as well. Attentive staff, clean and simple dining room.
