'm writing because I got some nice service from those guys at Burien Toyota! I took my Corolla in because the Malfunction Indicator Lamp was coming on. I spoke with Greg French. He informed me that it may be the computer and told me that I may be covered under certain conditions that I wasn't aware about. He told me to bring it in at 8am that next morning (02/24/2010). I told him I needed to be to work by 11am and he assured me that he would either have the vehicle running by then or send me on my way should they need to order a part first then call me in a few days to install it. He told me not to worry about work and if for some reason something came up and time was an issue he would make sure I'd get a ride in to work even though I work downtown Seattle. Well, the next morning I got the module installed (Greg was right and the car was covered) and was on my way out of there by 9:45am. I was able to go home and say bye to my wife and boy and make it to work on time. No more indicator light on and the car is running smooth again. Thanks Greg! Also props to Rafael Estrada, young Rob and older Rob! I noticed you guys when I was waiting and you all gave courtesy and smiles to the others there too. Thumbs up to Burien Toyota! more
