Dr Zelser may be an experienced doctor but some reason he couldn't get my prescription right! I must of have gone back like 7 or 8 times to try new contacts and they never felt right so I finally just went ahead and pick one of them since it got was very frustrating! going back and forth What really got me is that he charge us for the fallow up appointments and I don't understand why since it wasn't my fault he couldn't get my prescription right but what really blew me away was he went ahead and order a year supply when I specifically told them I only wanted a 6 month supply! That unacceptable and very dishonest on their part because here I am with a year supply of contacts that I will probably never wear! Shame on you Dr zelser and his staff! His office bathroom is so dated! only a couple drops of water out the sink when you need to wash your hand! UNREAL! I hate being rip off! but Live and learn I guess!!
