I took my cat to this hospital few weeks ago for the first time for routine exams and vaccination, but I won't go back again. They had scheduled me at 2:45 pm, but Dr. kay showed up after 45 minutes sitting in the exam room; first his cell phone started ringing, then he kept sending text during the exam. He didn't touch my baby and asked someone else to give him a hand. He walked out of the room while I was talking to him and yelled at someone for few minutes. It was kind of in rush and didn't answer my questions at all. At the end I hope I could upload the estimate to see how expensive they are in this economy situation. So if you care for your pet and your money don't go to Macy & Thomas Veterinary Hospital and don't support them. But I have to appreciate the friendly and nice staff.
