I suffer from muscle damage in my shoulder and chronic tension headaches and have had a hard time finding a doctor that could meet my needs. I have been to doctor Tyler several times and find the staff very friendly and helpful as the doctor herself and have found her to come up with a helpful solution to my muscle damage. However I do have a problem with the waiting time, be prepared to wait at least 1 hour or more to be seen. I have waited an hour everytime and once almost 3 hours. Also I have called in with questions about meds, etc. and it has taken 3 days to get back to me and that's with me calling at least once daily. Currently I am still waiting after a week about one question I had.
