Sometimes the wait can be about 20 minutes. Nail prep and sanitization practices are about average, not the greatest but not the worse.
The nails seem to hold up well. The nail techs seem to be a lot more gentle to your nail beds than some other places I have been too. I do not experience the burning from the chemicals. I realize that it depends on the persons sensitivity to the chemical in most aspects. I also believe the less you play around with the nail beds the less sensitive your fingers will be as well.
The nail techs seem to be very competant and are not sitting there over drilling me, and burning me. I like it because I am in and out of the place with a decent set of STRONG nails. I hate paying top dollar for nails to have one or two of them pop off. I have never had any problems with Lee Nails.
I would recommend Lee Nails, and the price is comparable to other places in town.
