We trial sattelite, the dish, and all that jazz. Time Warner Cable still ended up having the best prices in the long run. Sometimes they have great offers where they will put up as many as four connections in your home, for the price of one. I could not get that with the dish.
I could not get local channels where I can with Time Warner. So what I got a few more channels with the dish, but the quality of those channels were not as good. I would rather have a few less channels and be able to get my local channels so that i can watch my soap operas, and local news.
If you get the basic plan it is really not so expensive. The only complaint with the basic service is that we can not get Nickolodeon in which the kids live for!! Prices vary depending on which plan you agree to. Shop around and wait for there deals to hit. Your better off sometimes waiting a week or two for a special to arise.
