Friends took me here to celebrate a recent birthday, and I have to say I was stunned at what a wonderful atmospheric restaurant this was. The food was excellent, on a par with some of the good restaurants in Chicago, which is saying a lot for a town that seems to have nothing but chain restaurant after chain restaurant. There were several excellent fish dishes. Our wait staff was knowledgeable about good selections and the wine list was decent. I noticed the bar was full when I left, and I'm not surprised. This is a great place to have a martini or a meal.
