The best thing about Hong Kong is their Dim Sum. Their Dim Sum is traditional on weekends (with carts) and on the weekdays a more limited selection of items may be ordered from the dim sum menu, as well as the more standard Chinese fare. Hong Kong is usually quite full around noon to 1pm on weekends, and with good cause--the food is good!
