The doctors and nurses in this establishment are courteous and efficient. The waiting room is nicely decorated, but can become crowded, as this is one of very few urology specialty offices available in Rochester. On my two visits, I was late once and ended up waiting almost an hour, and was on time the second time, when I finished the entire procedure very quickly. The doctor was friendly and helpful. On the phone, the staff is professional, but they will do everything possible to get you back to the office and not divulge anything by telephone.
All in all, the experience was satisfactory, but nothing to really rave about.
