Fred’s barbershop is a one (but on Saturdays two) person barber shop. This is where my husband used to go when we lived within a short walk of it. I think much of the East Side goes there as well. The haircuts are good and Fred will do it pretty much as you like it. There is a good selection of general interest magazines as well as the Providence Journal, and Fred has an extensive knowledge of all things Providence so you can get an education on the region.
