John at Traveler's Auto was very helpful in dealing with the insurance companies and rental car companies. We've taken our car to him twice -- in one case it was our fault, and in the other case it was the other driver. In both cases he made the process very smooth and delivered a clean car within a reasonable period of time. Our car hood is slightly off center, or I would give this shop 5 stars.
